About

I usually have something to say about pretty much everything, except possibly math and physics.

Contrary to expectations when visiting a blog (and advice from experts!), here you’ll find an eclectic mix of subjects and somewhat different styles.

Many posts deal with issues we all face every day in our various roles. And given my post-graduate psychology degree (and passion for the subject), there’s a ‘let’s fix this’ tone to my approach.

On the other end of the spectrum, you will find literary musings, short stories and almost poems. Many of my posts focus on ‘things of the soul’ –  on love, fear, vulnerability – on the importance of authenticity and connection.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoy your visit. Let me know what you think, by commenting on posts here or via email to silencetolight at gmail.com.

Live more, love more, give more and definitely laugh more!
